NEW DELHI: Essar Group on Friday introduced a $2.4 billion (Rs 19,000 crore) deal to promote its ports enterprise to Arcelor Mittal Nippon Metal Ltd. In an announcement, Essar stated it has signed definitive agreements with ArcelorMittal Nippon Metal for sure ports and energy infrastructure property that are primarily captive to Hazira metal plant operations.
