The minister mentioned safeguards and evaluate mechanism for phone tapping have additionally been prescribed within the Data Expertise (Process and Safeguards for Interception, Monitoring and Decryption of Data) Guidelines, 2009, and the Commonplace Working Process issued for the aim.
