Billionaire crypto investor and proprietor of the Dallas Mavericks Mark Cuban says the present market downturn reminds him of a widely known adage uttered by Warren Buffett.

Cuban sees a parallel between the rise and fall of crypto markets and initiatives, and the 91-year-old ‘Oracle (NYSE:) of Omaha’s aphorism that: “Solely when the tide goes out do you uncover who’s been swimming bare.”
