DGCA acts against SpiceJet, restricts flights by 50% for 8 weeks

NEW DELHI: The Directorate Common of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Wednesday ordered SpiceJet to function simply authorised 50% flights for 8 weeks following a number of snags.

In a press release issued Tuesday, SpiceJet stated it had “rectified the defects/malfunctions recognized in 10 planes by the DGCA and all these 10 plane are again in operation.
