US on-line retail large Amazon has made it simpler for customers to cancel their subscriptions to its quick transport membership Prime with simply two clicks, following complaints from shopper teams, the European Fee mentioned on Friday.
European Shopper Organisation (BEUC), the Norwegian Shopper Council and the Transatlantic Shopper Dialogue took their grievances to the EU government in April final 12 months.

The corporate will now enable customers to unsubscribe from Amazon Prime with two clicks by way of a distinguished and clear ‘cancel button’, the Fee mentioned.
